Default Scary stuff!

Lightning bricked up after being plugged into a electrified America charging station

Just saw this MotorTrend article... I was wondering if anybody else had seen problems like this??

Haven’t heard anything like that really before. Without knowing more, hard to have an opinion as well. Hopefully more info on that comes to light, and whether it was more to do with the charging station or the vehicle itself.

@Bowers86 Thank you for your response. I talked to the dealer couple of days ago. It seems to news to them. Hopefully this is a one off situation and engineering is aware of it, and I've already made changes to the 2023 model, which I expect to receive in January 2023.

not really, bricked has been used to describe a broken piece of electronic equipment for quite a while, usually more specifically referring to a computer/processor
