Default Lightning Pro fleet only

So I guess I'm a little confused by this. I read the recent articles with the updated specs/performance and keep seeing the Pro is available with the ER battery, but for fleet orders only.

So does that truly mean only a business/entity with a fleet account with Ford can order it, or does it just mean you can only order through a fleet salesman and not a regular salesman? I remember a year or so ago I learned a XL Super Duty could be ordered with fog lights but it was a fleet option and you just had to order through the fleet salesman, but didn't have to actually have a FIN to place that order to get that option.

Probably depends on your dealership. Ford dealers move fleet/retail inventory back and forth between the two in order to get a sale (or at least used to back when they had inventory sitting on the lot). If the dealer can order what you want for dealer stock through fleet they theoretically could then sell it as a retail order. Hard part will be when they will actually be able to get a Lightning delivered to them that they order as dealer stock. My dealer had 200 customer orders for their dealership, and they have been told they will get allocated 6. I dont know what the ratio is of fleet vs. retail on those orders.
