wiring problem

Default wiring problem

Hi I am new to the forum. I am haveing a wiring problem with my brake light on the passenger side I know that the wire that controls the brake light and signal light is orange with blue strip my problem is I have taillights emergency lights turn signal lights but no brake light on the passenger side when I have the emergency lights on the brake light works but when I just try the brake light I don't have power to the bulb. Tested the bulb it works tested the pigtail and it works traced wire all the way up the the hazard switch an only have power for the hazard light but not brake light any one have an ideal what to check next

Check the ground for that side, real strange things happen with bad grounds.
