Hi I am new to the site but not to the Ford trucks. Owned my first 78 for 29 years. It was rusted so bad I finally had to retire it. Recently bought another one. All most like the other one except for color and rust. This one is like rust free. 64000 miles on speedo. 460 automatic 2.75 gear.
Have checked archives . Am looking for schematic for the vacuum lines. Dist. is hooked directly to Manifold. I know thats incorrect. There is a PVS a SDV, Electric and Vacuum combination switch on top of valve cover plus carb vacuums and ect. Need to know where they all go.
This truck had small fire on top of engine before I got it.

There isn't a vac diagram under the hood? It would only apply to the original engine though, as mine is efi, but originally was carbed, so my particular diagram is mostly useless....
