Default Vacuum Amplifier

I have been trying to diagnose some issues with what I believe are vacuum leaks. I've read that the part in the picture is a vacuum amplifier. It attached to the EGR. The part # is D5TE-A1A. I'm been searching the internet and this part isn't available and their is very little information about it. I tried a Ford dealership and the guy at the counter had no idea what he was looking at and found no parts with this # in his system. Does anyone have any insight on this part, or where I could find another one? (The labeled pictures are ones that I found on the internet.)

I'll also add that I took the part apart and it's worn out.

Default Thanks

Thanks Jayzdaddy, the link you posted was great. I got the rubber patch and repaired the diaphragm. Hopefully I'll be able to notice a difference with the EGR working properly. I'll keep you posted once I reinstall the vacuum amplifier.

I noticed you're from Covington. I got my truck from my grandfather who is from Bedford.

Thanks Again!

my truck didnt come with a vacuum amplifier and I will need it for smog. Any idea where to find one used or new. Most salvage yards have scraped anything classic for scrap value in my area.

Edit:
I found new old stock on Ebay
