i have 1984 F150 2wd auto i just replace the flywheel and had to drop the transmission i put it back on and went to try it out and nothing happened the solenoid is gettinng juice but the starter is not and the truck wont come out of park

 

If the truck won't come out of park I would suspect something is wrong with the shift linkage and that is probably not letting things engage with the neutral start switch. I would inspect the shift linkage.

You say the solenoid is getting juice, but is it getting juice through that little slip on wire when you turn the key to the start position?
