Default Tie rod ends

I drive a 1979 F100. before I acquired this pickup, The quarter ton running gear was swapped for a three-quarter ton running gear. I am replacing both outer tie rod ends and the Pitman arm. My question is, will the swapped running gear effect whether or not I need different tie rod ends or Pitman arm.

Welcome to the site

Are you trying to beef-up the suspension? If no I would guess not.

I am not trying to beef up suspension. The only reason I ask is because I get two different part numbers for f100 and f250

Was the front end swapped out also when the transmission, drive shaft, and rear end was? if not go with the f-100 if it was go with the f-250.
