suspension

I have a 79f150 2 wheel drive. Can I put f250 front coil springs in without changing the ride height.

Not unless you cut the springs or add a LOT of weight to the truck (probably more than the front suspension can handle). Why would you want to do it, anyway? Just to make the truck ride rougher?
