Default Squealing noise at low speed

I have a 1986 F150 with a 300 ci engine. I am getting a squealing noise at low speeds. This is what I have done so far to try to fix the problem. First I checked all the fluids: radiator, oil, trans, power steering. They are all topped off. There was still a squeaking. I next checked the belts. They are all firm. I sprayed some belt grip. This did not solve the problem. I noticed the fan was wabbling a little so I figured the water pump was getting ready to go out. I replaced the water pump. No luck. I removed the belt on the power steering pump. No luck. I removed the belt on the smog pump. No luck. I am stumped as what the problem is. What else might be causing this squealing noise?

Thank you in advance for any help

You have 2 belts right, well 3 but 2 run the alternator? Remove one of those at a time and see if thats it.
