Default Smog pump opions please
I have a smog pump on my 86 351W it is not hooked up to a v-belt at this time.Should I reconnect it when I buy new belts or just pull it off.All opions welcome Thx George

I say take it off if you dont have to get inspections. My 78 has it there just for the looks of factory for car shows.

I live in Abilene Tx they do have inspections but they are not like Calf. Crazy.Mostly lights and brakes and glass.

Surprise Surprise I went to get inspected and he would not give me a sticker because the air pump did not have a belt on it.Learn something every day.Got the belt and will install it today and go back.
