Default shift collar

I just bought an 83 F100 with a 300 I6 and 3 on the tree. The column shift collar is shot, but I can't find a new one. I don't want a good used one. Where can I find that part?

From the quick search I did, you are apparently looking for the goose that lays golden eggs.

Best bet is floor shifter, several companies make kits to convert.

Default LMC trucks have an Ford online catalog by year(s)

If you have a non tilt column, the part is the whole collar that is worn out???

Part Number 43-7357 SHIFT COLLAR-AT $39.95

If you need something else, they seem to have all the column shifter parts.

I got all I needed for my truck from them and they take care of any problems....

Thanks guys, that's what I was looking for. I'll adjust the linkage first to see if that will take care of the problem, then get the collar later. I would go with the floor shifter, but the 3 on the tree is so rare anymore. I had that on my first car, a Falcon and also a Fairlane later.
