Any advice on removing the chrome & black trim pieces from the outside of a '76 with out breaking the clips? Broke 1 already...

 

My dad said there is no way around it. You might be able to scavenge a few, but you will break most of them. And if they been on there since day 1, they been on for about 30 years and they are just weather torn and beaten.

 

Kind of what I was afraid of! Thanks for the feedback though
