This is likely an easy task but I am taking the bezel off to access wires behind the stock stereo and I am struggling to get the 2 radio ***** off the head unit in order to take the entire bezel off.



From what I can tell, there are two "rings" on each ****. The largest one spins to slide the entire thing forward but then I don't seem to understand the trick to getting the entire thing off. Hoping it isn't the same tactic to get this off as it is for the lights and wipers (pin on the backside) as I see no way to get behind it.

Generally those just pull out completely no?

 

I had zero luck pulling them off. If more say that's how it works then I will try harder but I do not want to break anything!

 

I got, just had to pull harder!
