Default PS pressure hose

On my '85 F150, I replaced my noisy and leaky PS pump and pressure hose with one from O'Really's. Using the small O ring on the end that goes into the pump, I'm able to move the metal hose even after cinching the nut tight. Is this normal? The shade-tree mechanic in me says it's going to leak like the proverbial stuck pig when I start her up. Even after adding a few copper washers in the space I had, it makes no difference...the pipe still moves. Any thoughts?

Remove the washers. It's a swivel fitting.
