Anybody know of a chip or programer for an 85 f150 with a 300. Idk if that's to old for people to make one or not

i dont think you can a programmer for something that dosent have a pcm/ecm

Ok then what about a chip. I don't usually get into electrical stuff like this. Not the brightest light bulb.

There are no chips for 1988 and prior F150's. It's not that it's too old. There's just nothing for a chip to interfere with or control on those systems.

The '85+ 5.0 (302) EFI engines have computers.

Nothing with a carburetor has a 'chip' Your performance upgrade programming tool is a screwdriver and wrench.
