one slight problem
Hi let me itroduce myself, my name is jordan, i have a 1979 ford f150 4x4, 4spd man. 351 swapped from a 300, regular cab long bed. alright my battery will not charge new batery new alternator both this one and the old one tested out good, wenth through two voltage reulators, new terminals, checked the entire ciruit for continuity. now the voltage indicator was in the back of my head, idk if that will keep it from charging since i have a light not a gauge or anything there is also a resistor somewere in the red/grn line comming to the insterment cluster, thank you
yeah it has it's worked for years. It was 11.68 and going down. I got it fixed though there was this wire behinde the dash i remembered this morning. Before i swapped insterment clusters, there was wire hooked directly up to the resistor for the voltage indicator. Since the guy before me liked to jerry rig, i thought nothing of it. I hooked it back up and now it works. Thanks for the reply!
