Low Idle / Stalls out when turning or at stop signs
Have already replaced: icm, spark plugs, distributor cap. I feel like it is vacuum leak, but checking for vacuum leaks might be out of my league. any ideas? Maybe more of a fuel system problem??

Fords have "flareside" beds, not "stepside". IIRC, the word "stepside" is trademarked by the bowtie brand. Same thing with "super crew" vs "crew cab".
Stalling during turns sounds like a float level issue. The stalling during stops could be either float issue or vacuum issue (since the brakes use vacuum to work). Low idle could be carb issues too including maladjustment of the idle air screw, vacuum leaks, or other issues. Basically you've got a lot of carburetor tuning to do. Also, you've got a very old vehicle and it would do you good to replace the rubber vacuum hoses with new ones, especially if they turn your hands black when you touch them, if they are split at the ends, or are hard/stiff. Study the vacuum diagram in the engine compartment on the top of the radiator support to make sure the hoses go where they should.

I that a steady 500rpm, or does it fluctuate?
If it fluctuates, how many rpm does it fluctuate?
When you get the chance, describe your Cold-Start-Up RPM Scenario. (after it sits overnight)
(First 30 seconds rpm?, Second 30 seconds rpm?, Third 30 seconds rpm?, Fourth 30 seconds rpm?)
