I need some general info about the truck that used to be my grandfathers. It is around a 1976-1978 model Ford and looks like some of the photos here. He bought it brand new and had it reconditioned in the 80's-it now has leather like seats and a cassette player instead of the old radio. It has a manual transmission that is on the column. I am mainly interested in what it would be worth-is it a collector's item? It does not currently run (it has run in the past couple of years but my mom is getting older and doesnt drive it anymore) If anyone could provide info on how to sell because I have no idea.

you could try ebay or craigs list. if you decide to sell it on ebay put a reserve on it. good luck.
