well here the deal a old family friend is not doing soo great hes very sick and is giving me his 1977 f250 2wd its a one owner truck and is pretty clean for an old truck its a 460 truck and i would love to lift it. he said he always wanted to do a 4wd swap but isnt able anymore he has a 4wd c6 already and a t case. now honestly i know alot of fab work will be needed but how bad is it going to be?

 

Its honestly not too bad, I have helped convert a 68 2wd to a 4wd it was fairly easy. Just jack it up take out 2wd junk throw 4x4 in there bolt it up. Cut out a hole in the floorboard for the transfer case stick. Put tranny and transfer case in and have driveshafts made. Just very time consuming, movin lots of heavy stuff. Be carefull and take your time
