i'm currently going over my motor and fixing all the DUMPING oil issues and i just pulled the balancer. the rubber on it is cracked pretty badly and theres already a couple small chunks missing from around the outside of it, i've heard of some real horror stories about them flying apart when the rubber is damaged, is this somthing i should be worried about or would something serious be more obvious??
