Default How hard is it to replace body panels on a 77?

I am looking into getting an 77 f150 for cheap. but it has rust on the body panels. (while not something that is an immediate consern as i am using it to learn how to work on cars) is it easy to replace the body panels? how much would it run me to replace them all and the bed?

Depends on the body panels. Front fenders are bolt on items and not to bad price from multiple suppliers. Engine hood and doors can be bought and bolted up. Core support, inner fenders all bolt on. Some cab parts are available and need to be cut and welded on. The box can have multiple parts replaced, all require welding. This includes simple patch panels to all new bed sides. You can build a bed from scratch if you want. You can get a new tailgate and bolt that on. Quick search on google for 1977 F150 body parts should show you whats available from who.
