Put in new starter, solenoid, battery, even tried different cables, local mechanic thought it was the wrong flywheel as I did convert from 2WD to 4WD, put in the flywheel still to no avail it seems as if the motor is almost stuck tight

 

Is the motor moving at all? Is starter spinning freely or "crashing" into the flywheel instead of engaging?
