Default Help with heads

Hello, I just picked up a 302 block out of a 1983, it is an EOAE-D3C. I want to get new heads for this, add a cam, and do a general rebuild.
Mainly I would like to know what heads I should get for this, what recommendations on a cam. I will likely use the stock crank, and I have an aluminum intake and a Holley 4 barrel. Not looking to do a wild build but would like a few added ponies. Any suggestions appreciated.

Intended use?
What truck?
How heavy?
What do you plan to do with it?
Daily driver, or hotrod truck?
The older the better, the more compression the better
Go easy on cam selection, consider a custom grind and possibly go with a roller block and GT40 heads
Options are about unlimited

On my sons 302, we did the Edelbrock package, aluminum heads, cam, etc.

just not sure if all old heads fit, or if I should be looking for specific ones. First engine build.

Back to intended use and what truck
The EFI system will not allow too much cam
Carbureted and you are okay to do about what you want
Yes, there are kits on Summit et al.
