Wow, 1976? should be pretty easy as they didn't have much emissions on them. One line to the brake booster, another to the vacuum advance distributor, another to some type of vacuum distribution block, one line to the coffee can, another to the transmission (vacuum modulator), and lastly to the cab for vent controls?
