My 400 is junk I had the 400 c6 combo I can get a great deal on 302 4 speed with transfer case... How hard would it be to swap and also do I need dif drive shafts??

Most all cars have different driveshafts for auto vs stick but I've never dealt with that on an F150 so I can't be 100% certain in this case. Overall a stick conversion shouldn't be too hard. Basically you need the shifter assembly hole cut into the floor, a hole in the firewall for the pedal assembly, and whatever the F150 uses to change gears (linkage, cable, etc...I'm not sure which they use seeing as my girlfriend's is auto), and sometimes a crossmember. The hardest part is finding all the parts nice and cheap lol
