For 69 bucks id doubt it. You really need a newer ecu and send it off to get reflashed. This is how the modern tuners were created .

Seriously though, dont waste your money. You get what you pay for.

Any decent brand programmer/tuner where you will see actual results is gonna run you $300 on up new usually. Look into SCT and Edge, those are the two most popular for the F series.

 

Those so called peformance chips for $69.00 is nothing more than a resistor you can get at radio shack for 10 bucks or less. They really are nothing more than a rip off in my book.
