Default Detent, Shift Lever Positioner

I am in the need of a detent, shift lever positioner for my 1965 F100 with Auto Trans. My F100 has a Bendex steering box that makes the column just a little different size from the other steering columns.

Without the detent shift lever positioner, the shift lever won’t stay where you put it. If you select Park, it falls into gear (not good).

I have been told that the T Bird shift lever positioner for a 62 or older will work.

I tried the following with no joy:
Bob’s F100
Dennis Carpenter
Green Sales
John’s F100
KS Obsolete
Lares
LM Truck
Max Parts
North Bay Ford
Obsolete & Classic
Steer & Gear

So, I need some help here. Can anyone help me find one or does anyone know anyone that can make one for me.
