Ok folks got a dumb but serious question. I look on craigslist all the time and I see 2wd granny low trans. I'm looking for one for my truck witch is 4wd. Is there anything I can do to swap the 2wd to 4wd. I'd really appreciate the help guys.

 

Well if you got the 2wd tranny I'm thinking you would have to take it to a transmission shop and have them make some mods to accommodate the transfercase

Here is a link on how to convert a 2wd to a 4wd the author wanted to keep his c6 and it tells you what he did to his transmission its somewhat Like your situation but backward hope this helps
