Brakes on my 1979 F100 keep locking up. I've replaced the master cylinder and the proportioning valve. Neither one helped. Any suggestions?

 

Over the years , that has happened a couple times to me. It has always been from brake fluid leaking from the slave cylinder , or oil leaking past the rear axle seal , either will cause the inside of the brake drum to get sticky and the brakes will grab.
