Default bolt pattern

i had recently purchased a 78 f150 with the 460 BBF. i am curious what the bolt pattern is because i have read that its 5x5 1/2 and ive read its 5x139.5mm. can some one help me with that and also can anyone tell me about any wheels that are a really similar to the Eagle Alloys 028 wheels.

The correct pattern is 5x5.5". 5x139.5 mm is simply 5x5.5" converted into metric (divide mm by 25.4 to get inches.)

Ford used only SAE measurements for truck wheels before the late 1990s, the metric ones didn't come until later. Metric pattern wheels have a round metric number for the pattern anyway, not something non-round like 139.5 mm. A good example would be the 99-up F-250/350 Super Duty's 8x170 mm pattern. That is a metric pattern and doesn't convert into SAE fractional (would be 8x6.69 inches.)
