Default Bog down/ dying problem

Hey guys, I have a 1980 f150 ranger xlt with a 351 w 5.8l with a 4b carb. Lately the truck has had an issue with bogging down when starting from a stop, then power resumes as normal (I believe this may be a carb/fuel problem, or a vacuum leak but im not sure) what do you guys think? Also in the same instance, when starting from a dead stop the truck tends to have a dying problem, it is almost that the bogging down is so bad the power just cuts (not sputtering, just flat out dead almost like an electrical issue), however if i let off the gas and tap it again, the motor revs back up to normal. I have replaced the icm, and to the best of my knowledge the distributor rotor is in solid shape. Help please

Check that the accelerator pump squirts a jet of fuel when you open the throttle.
