Default Blower problems

Hello, I have a 1986 f-150 4x4 351 4v H.O., I am completely new to this forum but will be certainly referring to it for advice on my restore project. So here's my first of what will surely be many questions Recently the air, heat or ac, only blows throught the panel vents, very little to defrost when switched to defrost and same when switched to floor. All vacume lines are working. when reaching up from the bottom vent you can feel the doors moving to the right place when changing from defrost to mix, to floor, to vent, and to AC. But air still only blows in panel vents. Any thing else I can check? Thanks in advance. Jeff

Default Update on blower problems

Talking to a local Ford guy, he tells me the problem is the Heater Blend Door. That there is two seperate doors for directing air, this one is higher up in the duct work on the passenger side. Has anyone else heard of this? Thanks, Jeff
