Default Big Block in an F100

I own a 1979 F100 and recently was able to get my hands on an old 78 F250 that had four wheel drive, a suspension lift, and a big block ford motor (haven't been able to see which one need to pick up the truck) for free. Well I'm putting the tranny, motor, front and rear end, suspension, and the transfer case into this f100 because the 250's frame is rotted out. I can't find anything through researching but does anyone have any idea if I will have to modify the engine bay in order to fit this beast in where the 302 used to sit. I know I'll have to get the new mounts and mount all the accessories but I don't know if I'll have to do any cutting to accomidate this new motor. Also if anyone has the deminsions of the 460 and/or 400 that would help too. Thank you in advance! (p.s. any hints or tips from problems anyone else might have had will be helpful, I know the 100's a small truck but a budget mud truck is what I need)
