I've been a long time member in the tenth gen section of this forum, but this is the first time I've came here for my 65 F-100. It has a 390 and 4100 out of a 63 T-Bird, carb code C3AF-BU. I just rebuilt this carburetor and put it back on the truck, but for some reason the choke valve on top won't open. It's not stuck, as I can easily move it by hand, but the linkage/assembly will not open it. I was hoping that someone could help me or send pictures of the high idle/choke setup on your carburetor to compare to mine. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
