I have an 86 f150 4 speed. It ran perfect and one day it just stopped. It turns over with no problem. Replaced all spark plugs and connectors. Checked to make sure it hadn’t run out of gas. I’m stuck. Any ideas?

 

The first step is to determine if you lost SPARK or FUEL DELIVERY. It is easiest to check for spark to see if you have spark through the spark plug wires while turning over the engine. Which engine do you have?

Maybe the coil went out, the ignition module could have gone out, check the distributor cap to see if it's cracked, there could be a number of reasons its not getting spark.
