Default 86 f150 5.0 stalling issue

I am new to the forum and hoping with the help of fellow f150 enthusiasts I can figure this out.

I bought a 1986 f150 4x4 5.0 EFI automatic for my daughter recently and it has a stalling issue. The truck will idle all day long. It takes full throttle in gear and out no problem. The issue is under partial throttle from a stop and while cruising with foot lightly on throttle. It isn't a miss for sure. In both instances it seems like it completely looses power (electrical not engine power). It starts right back up with no issue.

I have replaced the cap, rotor, wires and Throttle position sensor with no change.

Thanks much for any help
