Gift off I tried searching for previous threads but it kept coming up with a "remote error" so yea. But anyway I'm done messing with this eec-IV system bs. I want to do a carb swap on the truck. It's not my daily driver but I know I need a carb, distributor, intake manifold, and either an carb ready electric fuel pump, or an older timing chain cover and a mechanical fuel pump. My questions are more along the lines of the wiring. What can I tear out of the truck that won't be necessary with a carb setup? And is there any wiring to the motor that needs to stay? Also is all the interior stuff ran through the same pcm that has the engine wiring harness to it or is that all a seperate system?
