Default ‘84 Charging Issues

I am scratching my head over this one: this fall my starter was going out. So I swapped it out. It was installed correctly. Ever since I have been having all sorts of electrical charge issues. I changed out the following trying to trouble shoot : alternator (double checked that it was good), voltage regulator, ignition module, starter solenoid, battery, negative battery cable. I checked charging system wiring harness. Everything looks good and I checked that everything is getting power w a stab light. It will take a jump, but after about a mile on the road, the lights dim, radio turns off and then battery dies which makes me think it is a charging issue, but I could be wrong. Let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks!

What are you measuring at the battery with engine off and running?

It doesn't sound like it was installed right. Post LOTS of pics.
