Default 79 steering issues

79 custom 4wd had alot of play in the steering. Adjusted the screw and locknut on the gearbox and that helped with the play. BUT... Seems like now I'm constantly correcting just to keep it on the road. Same as it was with play but now I find myself oversteering. Any suggestions on how or what to fix to get her straighter goin down the road?

You have went to far with your adjustment, Back of the box a bit and check other places for wear. The track bar bushings are usually the problem.

Anybody know wether or not the stabilzer, antisway and all the other good stuff is the same for a 79 ford f150 4x4 and a 1978 bronco? I have all new stuff for my bronco. But considering using it on my 79 if it'll work.
