Hey, first post, long lime lurker!

My 300 kills batteries. I am pretty sure it is the alternator but want to be positive before I spend money......I'm a college student on a strict budget.

I replaced the battery and had it die in one day on a road trip from Atlanta to home (about eight hours).

What should I do to be positive it is the alternator before spending money?
