I want to put a 7.3l powerstroke in this truck, I know I need all the drivetrain and such, but a question I have is there a company that makes a product to allow me to keep the analog cluster look, but with modern fuction?

You'd have to have a PSOM wired into the circuit somewhere, but it doesn't necessarily have to be where you can see it if you still have the cable drive for your speedo on the new drivetrain. You'd also need a VSS on your diff.
I did see somewhere where someone actually fitted a PSOM speedo into an older cluster.
Since the clusters are modular, he was able to to remove the old speedo and fit the newer style in. Definitely not a drop-in, he had to get creative with trimming etc. but it is possibly possible.
