74 with loose steering
hey guys. ive got a 74 f100 ranger, i love the thing but the steerings not so good. i had the steering gear box rebuilt (was not cheap) and installed new track bar bushings. that helped alot but theres still alot of play, espesially when turning to the right for some reason? any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. ill post a pic soon as i figure out how to..lol

I find your comment interesting about "especially to the right". Could you further explain. I have a 73 and yes they do have a loose steering feel. I found it would be more aggravated on asphault roads versus concrete, better tires (Michelin) corrected that.
