Default '73 F-100 Problems

Hello there, Got a little problem with my truck. Hoping you guys could give me a hand. So here it is.

Year-1973
Model-f100
Motor- Early '90s 302

So getting to the point the trucks motor runs and idles great. But when I give it gas it likes to stuter and i have no power. If i give it to much gas it dies. First i thought it was the 4 barrel holley's Power accelerater and when i tore it apart the diaphram it was bad. So i replaced it. Also changed the spark plugs. The old ones were auto lite platinums and i relpaced with motor craft coppers. now also to note my plug wires are 7mm auto lite proffesional. If any more info is needed to help me find out whats wrong i would gladly tell anything. Thanks!
