Default 400 with E4OD?

Anyone ever put a E4OD behind a 351m/400? Not worried about the electronics, just wondering if the torque convertor will bolt up correctly without any clearance issues or not engaging completely on the input shaft.

i know that the M blocks 351/400 have the big block pattern for the bellhousing, other than that i don't know about clearance issues ect.

BTW i saw on your profile you live in MN. where are you from MN, I am from MN also.

I too have always wondered this myself. While a c6 is a great transmission the e40d would make a m block a great engine.
