1987 F-150 That has been sitting questions.
Hello all.
I have just came into an 87 F-150. Its a Standard cab, long bed, 300 straight six FI.
It was my father in laws, and I would really like to get it fixed up.
It has 84,900 original miles, but it has been sitting for a few years now, probably around 6-7 years. It ran like a champ before he put it aside due to a leak in the gas tank. I have the following items to put into it before I try and crank it. Is there anything you guys would suggest that I may be missing or any suggestions?
New gas tank
Plugs
Battery
Wires
Cap and button
Oil
Coolant
Pcv valve
Air filter
Oil filter
Fuel filter
Sea foam
Injector cleaner
Purple Power and rags lol

I am selling a 302 that I just built for another truck I was working on to help fund this project a little bit, and I have received a good bit of interest tonight. I need my other truck gone, and can't get rid of it till the engine is sold. Hopefully, I will be able to get my hands into this truck by this weekend. So as the puzzle pieces fall into place, I will continue to update.
