will a t18 tranny from a 78 150 fit a 1986 4.9lt t18

 

so i purchased the truck tonight and found out it has the 3sp with over drive(still 4sp) but it has a hydrylic clutch mounted to the bell housing what i need to know is if i can reuse my current bell housing from the 300 and just put the t18 in its place please help
