Canada Market
One other question this carburetor on Rock Auto says it is designed for Canada Market vehicles, will that be a problem for my truck being an American Market vehicle?

That's a good question. Upon looking at the pictures again, the RockAuto picture doesn't have the vacuum line next to the fuel filter like yours, so that may be the difference.
I might take the carb off and bring it with you to a reputable parts store and they may be able to get a better idea of a suitable replacement. It's hard to tell just from pictures on the internet.

Rebuild
I might try that, the other problem I am having is with the idle, and there are a couple of pieces attached to the carburetor that aren't working anymore. I am not sure what they are, but I think one might have something to do with the idle. I am posting some additional pictures, to see if anyone knows what they are.
It is some type of sensor at the bottom left of the carburetor
It is the piece with the wire lower left. I think it has something to do with the idle?

The last picture is called a dashpot. It is used to help with the throttle "slamming closed and causing the vehicle to stall. It is used sometimes for a manual transmission and/or vehicles with AC. The latter is to raise the idle while the engine is under a load of the AC compressor.
Since you don't have AC, it is to help keep the engine from stalling when the throttle is lifted. It provides a cushion to let the throttle to close slowly. I'm not sure if they still manufacture replacements but there are universal ones available (I am considering installing one on my AC equipped truck because I am having trouble finding a happy medium for when my AC is on or off.
