A newer 5 speed with overdrive would bolt up to the 460, it’d something I’ve talked to my dad about doing with his 460/4spd 76.
If you’re okay with an automatic, there’s probably plenty of late (1990 and newer) options including 5.0(302), 5.8(351), 460, 4.6, 5.4, Coyote 5.0.
If newer, maybe even look to frame swap it, all the drivetrain is there plus better brakes.
