I am trying to get a website that I can use to decode the Vin # on a 1962 F250 please post any useful information......

Bump I mean anything ? It is a 1962 F250 4X4 with the divorced gears and I want to find out what motor is has under the hood. Gear ratio etc.

if the valve cover sits on top of the intake and the head its an fe motor, most likely a 352. if it has the distributor in the back its a y block and has a 312 i believe.
