I have gotten better deals by negotiating rather x-plan. I also do all my negotiation on the phone/email before I even go into a dealership.

I believe you can’t “gift”
Xplan to anyone but a direct family member. Every time I have used my xplan I had to provide my pay stub and drivers license so they could validate my pin.
there are dealers out there that will match xplan pricing. Mainly high volume dealers.

A/X plan holders (ford employees) can gift x plan to friends and neighbors.

The thing is I have already worked out the numbers with a local dealer and they are able to get me really good cash back incentives on an F150 lightning flash right now. The Xplan is making all the difference here because I’m getting 2700 off sticker + about 6k in cash rebate from ford. I already have a breakdown they sent me that shows total otd after fees and taxes and when combined with all other incentives and ev tax rebate it’s like 20k off + they install a charger for me. The only thing holding me back now is the xplan friend pin. I have mustang club and eaa but the problem is I haven’t been a member for 90 days yet and by the time I am the tax credit goes away as do some of these incentives. With flex pay we are within budget (~$500 for first 36 months) with our trade in and decent down payment, so that’s what we are trying to accomplish because we are trying to avoid a lease with a trade in / down payment if we can. Can anyone please help =D we would greatly appreciate
